About the role

As a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisor, you’ll help customers with questions related to mobile services, internet and home products.

You’ll provide friendly, solution-focused support while ensuring every customer receives an excellent experience. You’ll also identify opportunities to recommend products or services that genuinely suit the customer’s needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing customer support via phone
• Assisting customers with mobile, internet and TV-related enquiries
• Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
• Delivering a high level of customer satisfaction
• Identifying relevant cross-selling and upselling opportunities
• Working closely with colleagues in an international environment

Requirements

What we’re looking for

• Native-level Dutch (C2)
• Good English communication skills (minimum B1)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Commercial mindset and confidence speaking with customers
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Positive attitude and solution-oriented approach
• EU passport or the legal right to live and work in Spain
