Customer Success Consultant

We're partnering with an innovative and rapidly growing FinTech business that is expanding its European presence and investing heavily in client delivery capability. This is an exciting opportunity to join at a pivotal stage of growth, working directly with Tier 1 banking customers across implementation, onboarding and client success.

You'll work across the full client lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through to implementation, stakeholder management and successful go-live delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting enterprise software implementations from project kick-off through to go-live
• Managing onboarding activities for new banking clients
• Gathering, documenting and translating business requirements
• Working closely with stakeholders across business and technology teams
• Facilitating workshops, discovery sessions and client meetings
• Supporting testing, delivery milestones and implementation planning
• Building long-term trusted relationships with customers
• Partnering with internal product, delivery and technical teams to ensure successful outcomes

You'll ideally have:

• 2-5 years of professional experience
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, IT or a related discipline
• A genuine interest in technology, financial services and customer delivery

Desirable Experience

• Financial services, FinTech or banking environments
• Salesforce, CRM or enterprise software platforms
• SQL
• Exposure to software development concepts
• Consultancy experience with organisations such as Accenture, Deloitte, EY, Capgemini, BearingPoint or similar
• Knowledge of implementation, onboarding or change management projects
