ph3Who We Are /h3 pThe Implementation team is responsible for delivering Implementation of the Solera product set across the country or region, defined by a unique Statement of Work (SoW) for each customer. /p h3The Role /h3 pWe are looking for an Implementation associate, as part of the Professional Services team, who will be responsible for delivering Implementation of the Solera product set across the country or region. /p pThis role reports directly into Head of Implementation. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liPre Post-Sales Support: Advise on best practices for Solera products, assistSales with proposals, and define PS engagement models. /li liTechnical Expertise: Act as a customer-facing SME, bridging business andtechnical discussions. /li liRequirements Gathering: Collect and document customer needs to definean effective implementation strategy. /li liTesting QA Support: Document test scenarios to validate configurations. /li liProduct Integration Knowledge: Deep understanding of Solera products,configuration, and integration capabilities. /li liCross-Team Collaboration: Work with configuration, training, product, andsales teams to ensure seamless delivery. /li liCustomer Training: Occasionally train customers on newly deliveredconfigurations. /li liRoadmap Alignment: Coordinate with product and sales teams to alignroadmap and revenue goals. /li liAdvanced Support: Provide 3rd-level support for customer deliveries andSME products. /li liProject Management: May take on PM responsibilities for major projects. /li liLeadership Potential: While not a direct managerial role, senior positionsmay involve team leadership. /li /ul h3What You’ll Bring /h3 ul liKey Competencies /li li5-7 years of experience of delivering large transformation programs, utilising high-performing teams, ideally leveraging agile methodology /li liTechnical requirements gathering or business analysis experience, ideally in Automotive or Insurance markets, able to ‘think out of the box’ to deliver value solutions to customers. /li liExcellent customer facing skills, collaboration and communication. /li liCommercially aware and able to support sales opportunities to deliver best results with least cost. /li liStrong interpersonal skills, able to build relationships within the Professional Services team, passionate about collaborating and communicating with internal and external stakeholders. /li liMeticulous attention to detail. /li liDutch language proficiency /li liTools and Skills /li liJIRA/Confluence /li liAPI Tools POSTMAN, JSON, SOAP, Oauth, XML, CSS etc /li liExcel to Macro level /li liIt is impossible to list every requirement for, or responsibility of, any position.
