You will be responsible for translating our ideas, projects, and values into clear and compelling communication — across platforms, languages, and audiences. /p pYou combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution: from positioning and press strategy to crafting precise messages and ensuring the right tone, visuals, and timing. /p h3Your main responsibilities include: /h3 ul liLeading the development and implementation of our overall communications strategy /li liManaging and mentoring the communications team (or coordinating external collaborators) /li liOverseeing media relations, press releases, and publications /li liGuiding and editing award entries, project texts, and tenders /li liCurating and supervising social media, newsletters, and website content /li liEnsuring consistency and strength in brand identity and tone of voice /li liAdvising management on positioning and public engagement /li liRepresenting CITYFÖRSTER at events, exhibitions, and conferences where appropriate /li /ul h3You Bring /h3 ul liA university degree in communications, architecture, design, or cultural management /li liAt least 5–7 years of experience in communications or PR within the creative industries /li liExcellent writing and editing skills in English (Dutch or German are an advantage) /li liStrategic awareness of how architecture and design practices engage the public realm /li liStrong visual sensibility and command of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) /li liExperience managing multi-channel communication and coordinating teams or freelancers /li liA confident, curious, and collaborative mindset /li /ul h3We Offer /h3 ul liA leading role in shaping the visibility of an international practice with a social mission /li liA creative and interdisciplinary team of architects and urbanists /li liAn open and supportive work environment where initiative is valued /li liSpace for professional growth and creative experimentation /li liFlexible working arrangements and an inspiring office in central Rotterdam /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
