Founding Account Executive, remote | German speaking | up to 120k base + commission

For a fast-growing enterprise SaaS company in delivery software, we're looking for a Founding Account Executive. You'll be the first dedicated sales hire, taking over the sales the founders run today and scaling it.

• Open the German market (~60%), alongside the Netherlands (~20%) and international opportunities (~20%)
• Own the full enterprise sales cycle: outbound, discovery, tailored demos, POCs/pilots and closing
• Work closely with the founders on complex enterprise deals with expected ACVs of ~€300–500K
• Navigate ~9-12 month sales cycles with multiple stakeholders

What we're looking for:

• Native or near-native German and fluent English
• 3+ years of full-cycle new-business SaaS sales experience
• A track record of personally closing complex enterprise deals, ideally €100K+
• A strong outbound/hunter background, with experience selling a software product the market doesn't know yet
• Entrepreneurial, strong in discovery and comfortable with long sales cycles involving many stakeholders
• Nice to have: Dutch, and experience in logistics, delivery, retail or FMCG
• A true founding-sales stage: a team of ~14 (2 founders and ~12 engineers)
• A lot of say in how the commercial function and go-to-market are built
• Direct collaboration with the founders throughout the sales process
• A clear path to Head of Sales / sales leadership
• High influence over the German market strategy and wider international expansion
• Base: up to ~€120,000, depending on experience
• Attractive commission on top (direction: ~10–15% of first-year ARR), plus potential first-year incentives tied to POCs and milestones

Location:

Netherlands or West Germany, remote-first with office visits every two months (more during onboarding)
