ORTEC Application Manager / OWS

ppThe Functioneel Beheerder OWS is responsible for the stable, compliant, and correct functioning of the Ortec Workforce Scheduling system used for workforce planning and hour registration across cargo, passenger, and ramp operations. /p pThe role acts as the functional owner and orchestrator between operations, HR, payroll, IT, and the system vendor (Ortec), ensuring correct configuration, data flows, and compliance with labour legislation. /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liOwn the functional configuration, maintenance, and stability of Ortec Workforce Scheduling (OWS) /li liTranslate labour law (ATW), CAO agreements, and internal policies into correct system rules and parameters /li liEnsure accurate planning, hour registration, allowances, and data transfer to HR and payroll systems (AFAS) /li liManage change requests: analyse impact, prioritise, test, document, and communicate system changes /li liMonitor and resolve issues related to compliance, scheduling logic, and data inconsistencies /li liAct as the functional bridge between Planning, Operations, HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendor Ortec /li liCoordinate with Ortec on incidents, system improvements, updates, and support delivery /li liSupport, advise, and train planners; distinguish user errors from system or configuration issues /li liSafeguard compliance and provide input for audits, reports, and inspections /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul liProven experience in functional or application management of workforce planning / scheduling systems /li liDeep hands‑on knowledge of bOrtec Workforce Scheduling (OWS) /b /li liStrong understanding of workforce planning, rostering, labour law (ATW), and CAO logic /li liExperience working with HR, payroll, and salary administration processes /li liFamiliarity with system integrations and data flows /li liExperience in complex, high-volume, operational environments /li liStrong communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders /li liComfortable working with system vendors to negotiate changes and resolve issues /li /ul h3What on offer: /h3 ul liKey expert role with high ownership and visibility in a mission-critical system /li liClose collaboration with HR, Payroll, IT, Operations, and senior stakeholders /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
