Working closely with the Operations Manager and Store Manager, you ensure that product moves efficiently from delivery to shop floor, supporting both availability and overall store performance.brYou combine structure with agility. You are responsible for managing the customer-facing aspects of the store’s daily operations in the sales area and you are actively looking for ways to optimize operations and support commercial results.brYou play a key role in connecting teams. Through consistent communication with the operations team, other departments, and managers, you ensures the smooth and efficient running of the operational processes in the sales area: store entrance, maintenance, replenishment, fitting rooms, tills.brLeading your team is an essential part of your role. You analyze customer flow in order to maximize coverage in various areas, set clear expectations, and monitor performance to ensure goals are met.
