Description du postePour soutenir son développement au Pays-Bas (NL) Energy Pool recrute en CDI un(e) Ingénieur Commercial F/H sur la région du BENELUX.
Votre environnement
Vous évoluez au cœur des enjeux énergétiques et industriels, en interaction avec :
- des acheteurs industriels
- des responsables de production / d’usine
- des bureaux d’études
- des développeurs de projets ENR ⚡
- ainsi que nos experts techniques internes
Ensemble, vous co-construisez des solutions sur-mesure à forte valeur ajoutée .
Vos missions
- Détecter et qualifier de nouveaux prospects
- Présenter notre offre globale de services
- Développer et entretenir une relation de confiance durable avec vos clients
- Assurer une communication claire et régulière, notamment sur les résultats financiers
- Fidéliser et renouveler les contrats existants
- Identifier les besoins et proposer des solutions complémentaires adaptées
- Piloter votre activité via le CRM pour un suivi rigoureux des projets
Qualifications
✅ Votre profil
- Diplômé(e) d’une école d’ingénieur ou de commerce
- Intérêt marqué pour les sujets techniques liés à l’énergie ⚡
- À l’aise dans les environnements industriels et/ou ENR
- Expérience confirmée (minimum 5 ans ) en développement commercial B2B
- Solides compétences en prospection et fidélisation
- À l’aise en négociation commerciale et technique
- Maîtrise des langues :
- Anglais (C1)
- Néerlandais (C1)
Mobilité
Des déplacements fréquents sont à prévoir ( environ 30% du temps ) au niveau régional et national.
