As our Interim Rewards Specialist, you step in where execution power matters most: you build practical, scalable frameworks, bring structure to a growing international landscape, and make sure our policies and rewarding are consistent. You work closely with the CHRO, HR Operations, Finance and of course the Policy Rewards team. /p h3Your responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport and coordinate the salary review cycle, including preparation and documentation; /li liDraft, update and maintain HR policies, reward plans and country playbooks; /li liBuild a structured system for all policy, practice and country-specific information; /li liLead the set-up of a scalable policy and country framework; /li liSupport the opening of new offices and countries by translating Marktlink's reward philosophy into practical, locally usable frameworks; /li liWork with Finance, HR Operations and external advisors on payroll, benefits and reward implications; /li liTurn external advice and local input into clear, business-friendly recommendations. /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul li8+ years of experience in Rewards, Compensation Benefits, HR Policy or a closely related field; /li liProven track record drafting policies, reward plans and governance documentation that people actually use; /li liBackground in financial services, professional services, private equity or another fast-moving, regulated environment is a strong plus; /li liExperience supporting international growth; /li liYou work independently and bring structure fast; /li liExcellent written English with a sharp eye for accuracy, consistency and readability; Dutch is a strong plus; /li liAvailable for four or five days a week for an initial period of around six months. /li /ul h3Why us? /h3 pAt Marktlink, we’re not just dealmakers, we’re future-shapers.
