Engineering Projects Manager to join our client on a permanent basis in the Rotterdam region of the Netherlands. /ppThe client is looking for a Project Engineering Manager (Offshore EPC) to join them working on both offshore and subsea installations, SURF construction, surveys, maintenance, transport installation packages; for both greenfield and brownfield developments, mainly in the offshore wind sector. /ppThe client is looking for an English speaking offshore projects specialist with a technical engineering background to act as the engineering manager for their engineering team. /ppbSTART: Q4 2025 /b /ppbLOCATION: Rotterdam, South of Rotterdam – flexible working /b /ppThe client is particularly interested in candidates with experience as an Engineering or Projects Management, covering complex projects in an offshore/subsea EPC environment. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliLead and manage engineering and project teams across offshore EPC projects, including offshore marine, subsea construction, SURF, surveys, maintenance, transport and installation packages. /liliOversee both greenfield and brownfield developments, primarily in the offshore wind sector. /liliAct as the engineering manager for the client’s engineering team, guiding engineering design and delivery across project stage gates. /liliCoordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and adherence to scope, schedule and budget. /liliEnsure compliance with technical standards and regulatory requirements in an offshore/subsea EPC environment. /liliPromote collaboration across disciplines and maintain high quality engineering outputs. /liliFluent English communication at professional level is required. /li /ulh3Qualifications Experience /h3ulli5+ years of relevant work experience managing technical or projects teams. /liliTechnical engineering background – multi-disciplinary considered. /liliOffshore Marine, Subsea construction, offshore EPIC background. /liliExperience as a senior or lead engineer. /liliManagement experience in a technical setting, ideally dealing with clients. /liliAbility to lead an engineering team through project stage gates. /liliFluent English speaking – professional level. /li /ulh3Additional Information /h3ulliThe client is working on a broad range of projects internationally and you would be managing their engineering, design and delivery teams from a central hub in the Netherlands. /liliEmployment type: Full-time /liliSeniority level: Mid-Senior level /liliIndustries: Services for Renewable Energy /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
