The Role

As Operations Executive you are in charge of ensuring smooth contract execution. In this particular position there will be a focus on the liquid truck side of our business. You will be responsible for proactive planning, optimization and execution of sales and purchase contracts across various countries and transport modalities. Experience in the field of liquid bulk operations and planning is a plus. You will liaise daily with contract service providers such as tank terminals, hauliers, suppliers in origin as well as internal stakeholders. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Contract Oversight:

• Ensure meticulous control and execution of all obligations arising from sales contracts.

Proactive Planning:

• Develop and execute proactive planning strategies by monitoring the contract book, sales forecasts, and inbound materials.

Customer Interaction:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer call-offs, fostering strong relationships.

Logistics Coordination:

• Communicate effectively with terminals and haulers to schedule deliveries, minimizing supply disruptions, demurrage costs, and waiting hours.

Record-Keeping and Invoicing:

• Update the system with accurate records of delivered weight for invoicing and stock control purposes.

Documentation and Compliance:

• Send out TORO forms and monitor receipt of signed copies from customers.
• Ensure daily stock reconciliation and maintain records to meet legal and fiscal obligations.

Collaboration and Planning:

• Provide input for weekly planning sessions with traders and the master planner.
• Proactively align with internal business stakeholders, including traders, back- office, business control, financial control, and treasury.

Audit Support:

• Support the QA team in preparations for audits, including GMP+ and RSPO standards.

Claims Management:

• Manage customer and insurance claims efficiently and effectively.

Imports:

• Communicate with custom agents to support the custom clearance process according to the usage of the product and demand planning.

Ideal Profile

JOB REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION

• HBO, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related studies

EXPERIENCE

• 0 to 2 years’ experience in supply chain planning & execution, preferably with exposure to liquid tank truck operations
• Knowledge of import and export procedures including TORO and end-use license
• Proficient with MS Office software and en ERP software
