IT Risk Program Manager

ppAn exciting opportunity for a seasoned IT Risk Professional to lead a major transformation programme within a large, international organisation. This role focuses on modernising IT risk management practices, reshaping the control framework, redesigning risk reporting, and driving change across multiple global entities. /p pAs the bIT Risk Transformation Program Manager /b, you will be responsible for delivering a multi-stream programme that aims to modernise the organisation's approach to IT risk management, including updating the control framework, introducing a new qualitative‑driven risk reporting methodology, defining governance structures, and rolling out the new model across all global entities. /p pYou will manage a large transformation programme situated within the CISO domain, reporting to an executive steering committee and working across five major workstreams. You will lead the programme team, safeguard delivery milestones, and act as the key ambassador of the new risk approach – ensuring adoption, alignment, and engagement across senior stakeholders. /p h3About you /h3 pYou bring strong domain expertise, seniority, and the ability to drive meaningful change in complex environments. /p h3You have: /h3 ul li10+ years of experience in IT Risk Management /li liExperience operating at senior level with IT and Risk stakeholders /li liStrong background in consultancy and end-to-end programme/project management /li liA proactive mindset with the ability to challenge and improve ways of working /li liExcellent diplomacy, communication, and influencing skills /li liThe ability to serve as a trusted advisor while driving adoption of new risk frameworks /li /ul h3About Levy Professionals /h3 pSince 2000, we provide professional solutions to organisations ranging from tech start‑ups to global players.
