Senior Digital Project Manager

ppWe are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to plan, deliver and lead our innovative software projects. Working closely with development teams you will help us to deliver projects on time and within scope, fostering collaboration by maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPlan and deliver web/software projects /li liPrepare backlog for implementation together with the team /li liTrack milestones, deliverables, and change requests /li liParticipate in requirements workshops /li liLiaise with internal and external stakeholders /li liBudget projects including budget tracking /li liProvide status reporting regarding milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues /li liLead daily project stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives /li liCoordinate quality assurance and releases /li /ul h3Required knowledge, skills, and experience /h3 ul li5+ years of project management experience delivering web solutions /li liExperience in working with project management tools (e.g. Jira, GitLab, Asana) /li liStrong knowledge of different software delivery methodologies /li liFull professional proficiency in Dutch and English /li liWell-developed teamwork and communication skills /li liExcellent organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills /li liAbility to handle multiple competing priorities /li liSolution and goal-oriented way of working, strong analytical and problem-solving skills /li liHigh level of commitment, willingness to learn, and quick comprehension /li liUnderstanding of web technologies and software development /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liPrevious experience with Drupal or delivering web content management solutions /li liKnowledge of agile/SCRUM methodologies /li liExperience in customer relationship management /li liInternational / intercultural work experience /li /ul h3Work location /h3 pThis is a hybrid position for someone based in the Netherlands. We have an office in Eindhoven.
