Locatie: Amsterdam.
Deze organisatie is een productiebedrijf in de biofuelsector dat biodiesel produceert uit afvalstromen. De organisatie heeft operationele locaties in Schotland, Engeland en Nederland en breidt de capaciteit uit met een nieuwe fabriek in Amsterdam. De locatie in Amsterdam speelt een centrale rol in de opschaling van de productie en in de optimalisatie van processen om aan gestelde KPI's te voldoen. De organisatie richt zich op veilige en duurzame productie en houdt veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu continu in het oog. Binnen de vestiging in Amsterdam werk je samen met een Operations Team dat uit 30 professionals bestaat en met bredere teams die in totaal circa 350 collega's omvatten. De werkomgeving vraagt om procesoptimalisatie, nauwkeurige registratie van procesdata en samenwerking met commerciële en kwaliteitsafdelingen om productkwaliteit te waarborgen. Werktalen binnen de operatie zijn Nederlands en Engels, wat samenwerking over afdelingen en locaties vergemakkelijkt in Amsterdam. - Als Chemisch Technoloog ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren en bewaken van chemische processen en productieresultaten
- Je optimaliseert chemische processen en productiestanden om KPI's te behalen als Chemisch Technoloog
- Je voert acties uit die voortkomen uit veiligheid- en operationele studies
- Je stelt verbeteringen voor en voert wijzigingen door in procedures, werkvoorschriften en technische condities
- Je analyseert aangeleverde data, signaleert afwijkingen en neemt als Chemisch Technoloog corrigerende maatregelen
- Je beheert de registratie van tankinhoud en stemt innameprocedures af met kwaliteits- en handelsafdelingen
Functie-eisen:
- Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding Chemische Technologie, Scheikunde of Procestechnologie
- Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring in een industriële omgeving
- Ervaring met het optimaliseren van productieprocessen in de energie- of chemiesector of in olie- en gasinstallaties is een pré
- Je beheerst geavanceerde Excel-functionaliteiten
- Je communiceert goed in het Engels en basis Nederlands is een pré
- Je bent resultaatgericht, georganiseerd, kwaliteitsbewust, veerkrachtig en een innovatieve teamspeler
