ph3Job Description /h3 pOBM Consultancy is partnering exclusively with a world-renowned luxury Maison to recruit a Store Manager for its boutique within de Bijenkorf in Rotterdam. As Store Manager, you will serve as an ambassador for the brand and lead the store’s commercial, operational and people performance. /p pThrough inspiring, hands-on leadership and coaching, you will develop the store team and support them in building sustainable client relationships. You will ensure that every client receives an exceptional experience aligned with the Maison’s standards. /p pYou will identify business opportunities and implement the appropriate actions to achieve the store’s objectives. You will also be directly accountable for business development, store operations and budget management, working closely with the Maison’s Head Office and the de Bijenkorf team. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Client and Business Development /h3 ul liOptimise the store’s commercial performance. /li liDevelop the store’s business by increasing sales, minimising losses and supporting product launches in line with company objectives. /li liMaximise the potential of all product categories and universes within the store. /li liBuild client loyalty by planning and delivering CRM events and initiatives in partnership with Head Office. /li liEstablish and maintain a strong client-centric culture across the store. /li liMonitor the competitive landscape and market trends, identifying opportunities for business development and improvement. /li liBuild strong relationships with the de Bijenkorf team to support the boutique’s visibility, client engagement and commercial performance. /li /ul h3Store Operations /h3 ul liOversee all store operations, ensuring daily activities are conducted in accordance with company procedures and applicable department store requirements. /li liEnsure company policies, standards and procedures are consistently implemented and maintained. /li liIdentify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency and productivity. /li liMonitor controllable expenses and oversee loss prevention, asset protection, risk management and budget control. /li liOversee store security and health and safety requirements in coordination with the relevant de Bijenkorf teams. /li liManage relationships and contracts with external suppliers where applicable. /li /ul h3Team Management and Development /h3 ul liDevelop managers and team members to ensure the delivery of an exceptional client experience. /li liIdentify, recruit and develop talent, building succession plans for key positions. /li liTranslate strategic and commercial goals into clear individual actions and objectives. /li liSet team and individual targets and monitor performance. /li liProvide visible leadership and create a positive, engaged and motivated team environment. /li liEnsure all HR policies and procedures are implemented and resolve employee matters appropriately. /li /ul h3Selling and Floor Leadership /h3 ul liAct as a role model on the sales floor, identifying and maximising business opportunities. /li liProvide consistent, constructive and actionable feedback to the team. /li liServe as an ambassador for the Maison. /li liRepresent the Maison at public events, in-store activations and other activities that promote its image and products. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liAt least eight years of retail experience, including extensive management responsibility. /li liStrong understanding of the luxury sector and exceptional customer service standards. /li liProactive and results-driven, with initiative and commercial creativity. /li liExcellent communication, interpersonal and networking skills. /li liProven ability to lead, coach and develop a team. /li liStrong reporting, analytical and organisational capabilities. /li liAutonomous, self-motivated and adaptable. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
