Financial Accounting & Reporting Specialist

ppFor a global market leader, we are seeking a senior finance professional to fulfill a key and high visibility role. /p h3bGeneral profile /b /h3 ul liReports to Head of Financial Accounting and Reporting. /li liRequires in-depth knowledge and experience in Financial Accounting and Reporting. /li liUse best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues. /li liSolves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions. /li liInitiates automation using new solutions. /li liWorks independently with minimal guidance. /li /ul h3bResponsibilities /b /h3 ul liEnd of month financial closing. /li liPrepare auditor‑reviewed financials. /li liPrepare the statutory financial statement. /li liPerform full consolidations. /li liPrepare the Director’s report. /li liManage the audit of multiple entities. /li liMaintain the GL and Chart of Accounts. /li liPerform technical accounting analysis. /liliInitiate automation using new solutions. /li liEnsure tax regulatory compliance. /li /ul h3bRequirements /b /h3 ul liBachelor/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Economics, supplemented with a post‑graduate title (such as CPA, ACCA, RA). /li liCombination of Big 4 and industry experience is desirable. /li liMust be able to communicate and comprehend effectively in English. /li liMinimum of 9 years of progressive work experience in technical accounting, reporting, consolidation, financial statement preparation external audit coordination. /li liStrong understanding application of IFRS standards. /li liStrong working knowledge of MS Office, S4/HANA, SAP Central Finance, advanced skills in Excel. /li liExperience with BPC is a plus. /li liGood communication and problem‑solving skills. /li /ul h3bBenefits /b /h3 pAn excellent market competitive salary and benefits package will be offered to the selected candidate who should possess EU nationality or have Netherlands work permission and currently be based in the country. /p pIf you are interested in this opportunity, please end your CV with motivation to Shuter Smith International – /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
