The successful candidate will provide legal advice across a broad range of commercial, corporate, and regulatory matters, while partnering closely with internal stakeholders to support the business in a compliant and risk‑aware manner. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide legal advice and support to internal stakeholders on day‑to‑day business matters /li liDraft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including customer contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, and framework agreements /li liSupport compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including corporate, commercial, and data protection requirements /li liIdentify, assess, and mitigate legal risks while proposing practical and commercially focused solutions /li liSupport corporate governance activities, including board and shareholder resolutions, powers of attorney, and legal entity management /li liAssist with company secretarial and corporate housekeeping matters across various jurisdictions /li liCooperate with external legal advisors and manage relationships with external counsel when required /li liMonitor legislative and regulatory developments relevant to the business and advise on potential impacts /li liSupport internal projects, transformations, acquisitions, integrations, and other cross‑functional initiatives from a legal perspective /li liContribute to the continuous improvement of legal processes, templates, and knowledge‑sharing practices /li /ul h3What to Expect /h3 ul liOffice‑based or hybrid working arrangement in the Netherlands /li liFixed‑term contract for approximately 4–5 months, running until the end of the year /li liPossibility of contract renewal depending on business needs /li liExposure to a broad range of international commercial and corporate legal matters /li liOpportunity to work directly with senior stakeholders in a fast‑growing organization /li liDynamic and fast‑paced environment where priorities may shift and deadlines can be demanding /li liSupportive and collaborative legal team /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liLaw degree required; admission to practice is an advantage but not mandatory /li li4–6 years of professional experience in corporate and/or commercial law /li liExperience gained in a reputable law firm, in‑house legal department, or a combination of both /li liStrong knowledge of commercial contracts, corporate law, and corporate governance matters /li liExperience supporting board matters, legal entity management, and corporate housekeeping activities is highly desirable /li liProven contract drafting, review, and negotiation skills /li liAbility to balance legal risk with commercial objectives /li liStrong stakeholder management and communication skills /li liFluent English, both written and spoken /li liProactive, hands‑on, and comfortable working independently /li liStrong attention to detail, integrity, and organizational skills /li liImmediate availability /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
