You will serve as the primary technical bridge between our RD/product teams and our European customers (OEMs and End-users). /ppThe ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of hands‑on experience in the packaging machinery industry, with deep technical expertise in Flowpack (Horizontal Form‑Fill‑Seal / HFFS) and Vertical Form‑Fill‑Seal (VFFS) applications. /ppbTechnical Support Application Engineering /b /pulliProvide expert‑level pre‑sales and post‑sales technical support to European customers, ensuring seamless integration of our automation solutions into HFFS, VFFS, and Flowpack machinery. /liliConduct detailed technical assessments of customer requirements and design customized engineering solutions (motion control, drives, PLC programming, and HMI integration). /liliTroubleshoot complex technical issues on‑site or remotely, minimizing customer downtime and ensuring optimal machine performance. /li /ulpbMarket Expansion Customer Relations /b /pulliAct as the trusted technical advisor to key European packaging OEMs and system integrators. /liliSupport the sales team during technical presentations, product demonstrations, and RFPs (Request for Proposals). /liliGather local market insights, tracking European packaging industry trends to influence our product roadmap. /liliDeliver high‑quality technical training sessions and workshops for customers’ engineering teams and internal distributors. /liliMentor junior application engineers and share deep domain expertise regarding packaging applications. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3pbExperience Education /b /pulliMinimum of 10 years of proven experience as an FAE, Commissioning Engineer, or Automation Engineer specifically within the packaging machinery industry. /liliBachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related technical field. /li /ulpbTechnical Domain Expertise /b /pulliMust‑Have: Deep, hands‑on understanding of packaging mechanics and control loops for Flowpack, HFSS, and VFSS applications. /liliStrong proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., IEC 61131-3 standards) and motion control systems (e.g., EtherCAT, Profinet, CANopen). /liliExperience with major automation brands widely used in the European packaging market (e.g., Beckhoff, BR, Siemens, Schneider Electric, or Rockwell) is highly preferred. /li /ulpbSoft Skills Language /b /pulliExcellent problem‑solving skills with a strong customer‑centric mindset. /liliLanguages: Fluent in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
