h3Overview /h3pFor one of our customers in the defense sector, we are seeking an experienced bBid Manager (m/f/d) /b to support a strategic contract amendment and rebaselining. This is a key position where you will take ownership of coordinating bid activities and processes across various expert teams. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliLead the bid team for the contract amendment and rebaselining process /liliProvide clear process guidance and direction to subject matter experts, in close cooperation with the Capture Leader /liliMaintain a clear overview of multiple work packages and teams /liliEnsure integral alignment across work streams regarding assumptions, decisions, and dependencies /liliDirect the involved specialists regarding mandatory validations (e.g. security, legal, HSE, finance) /liliManage risk according to the SORARe process /liliPrepare internal reviews (CCR HOR) and approval gates /liliCollaborate with the 2nd Bid Manager and Finance to prepare PCS documentation /liliInitiate and manage internal (re)baselining activities, including scheduling (PERT) and risk opportunity management /liliAct as main point of coordination with both the Baseline Authority and Design Authority /li /ulh3Qualifications / Profile /h3ulliProven experience in managing complex bids /liliStrong leadership and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams /liliExcellent understanding of bid governance, validations, and risk management /liliStructured, proactive, and able to drive clarity and alignment /liliFluent in English; Dutch language skills are a plus /liliPrevious experience in defense, aerospace, or similarly regulated industries is advantageous /liliStart: ASAP (ideally within August) /li /ulpAre you open to a new challenge in an impactful and agile environment?
