As a Night Front Office Host(ess) you are responsible for creating a welcoming, safe, and seamless experience for our guests during the overnight hours. You will be the main point of contact throughout the night, ensuring smooth Front Office Operations
This is a full-time position for someone who enjoys working night shifts, thrives in an independent working environment, takes ownership, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while others sleep.
Responsibilities
* Welcome guests and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience during overnight hours
* Act as the main point of contact for guests throughout the night
* Handle guest requests and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner
* Perform night audit procedures and complete daily financial and operational reports
* Manage reservations, billing, and Front Office administration accurately
* Monitor hotel security procedures and maintain a safe environment for guests and colleagues
* Respond to guest enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face communication
* Maintain professional communication with guests and colleagues across all departments
* Ensure compliance with hotel standards, procedures, and safety regulations
* Support early departures, late arrivals, and overnight operations
Essential Requirements
* Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
* Availability to work permanent night shifts, including weekends and public holidays
* Guest-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality
* Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Basic numerical and administrative skills
* Eligible to work in the Netherlands
Preferred Requirements
* Previous Front Office, Night Auditor, or hospitality experience
* Familiarity with hotel systems (PMS)
* Experience handling cash, billing, and reconciliation procedures
* Dutch or additional language skills are an advantage

This role is paid according to the Horeca CAO Scale V, with a monthly salary starting from €2,505.04 gross per month, based on a full-time employment contract and depending on experience and qualifications, plus applicable night shift allowances.
