Control Room Operator Technology & Safety

CRaaS is building a new generation of Control Room operations. We don't want operators who simply acknowledge alarms and follow scripts. We are looking for people who understand technology, are curious about what systems can do, and have a strong affinity with safety and security.

As a Control Room Operator at CRaaS, you work with integrated systems, data and automation to understand what is happening and why.

You will handle operational events, verify information from different sources and continuously look for opportunities to improve workflows and reduce repetitive work.

What you'll do

• Monitor and assess operational, safety and security indications.
• Work with PSIM, video, access control and other integrated systems.
• Correlate information from multiple sources before escalating.
• Follow and improve operational procedures.
• Identify repetitive activities that can be automated.
• Contribute to incident reviews and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with analysts, IT specialists and automation teams.
• Help develop new Control Room use cases.

What we're looking for

• An IT or technically oriented background.
• Affinity with safety, security and operational environments.
• Comfortable working with multiple systems and data sources.
• Analytical and calm when situations require action.
• Curious about automation and AI.
• Someone who doesn't just ask “What should I do?” but also “Why are we doing it this way?”

We don't train operators to operate more systems.

We want them to help us make systems smarter.
