This role will encompass ownership of our Shopify website, email marketing strategy, paid media acquisition, and overall digital performance. The ideal candidate is a versatile team player with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of ecommerce, digital marketing, and customer experience. /ppThis role will be based in person in our Hilversum, Netherlands location and will work closely with our global team based in the United States. /ppWHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: /pulliDay-to-day management and ownership of the full digital ecosystem, including Shopify website, email marketing, and paid media acquisition. /liliDeveloping and executing email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and post-purchase communication strategies (Klaviyo). /liliContributing to and optimizing paid media strategies to drive traffic, profitable acquisition, and conversion across channels. /liliManaging product listings end-to-end on Shopify and overseeing the overall site user experience. /liliCollaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize digital experiences and drive online revenue growth. /liliConducting regular audits of the website and digital touchpoints to identify areas for improvement. /liliUtilizing analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators. /liliManaging third-party integrations, plugins, and partnerships to optimize digital performance and enhance the customer experience. /liliStaying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to implement best practices and new strategies. /li /ulpQUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS REQUIRED: /pulliBachelor’s Degree or a combination of relevant education, experience, and training. /lili5+ years of ecommerce management experience, preferably in retail or the fitness industry. /liliLocated in Netherlands, in office and in person work environment. /liliProven track record of managing successful ecommerce stores and driving revenue growth. /liliStrong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools like Google Analytics. /liliExperience with Shopify platform, including managing products, collections, and orders. /liliExpertise in digital marketing channels, including email marketing, paid media, and social media advertising. /liliSelf-starter capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. /liliPassion for fitness and strength training. /li /ulh3Seniority level /h3pMid-Senior level /ph3Employment type /h3pFull-time /ph3Job function /h3pSales and Business Development /ph3Industries /h3pWellness and Fitness Services /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
