The role, in one line

You will be the first person to bring Payhawk to prospects across Benelux, building your own pipeline and creating opportunities for our Account Executives.

What you will own

• Own and run your outbound prospecting campaigns, using emails, calls, social selling or whatever works to generate leads and keep the sales engine running.
• Follow up on demand generation campaigns run by the marketing team to identify prospects.
• Generate prospects and manage your own pipeline for the  Belgium market.
• Find niches and come up with ideas for new campaigns.
• Draw data-driven conclusions from your results and the lessons you learn.

What you will need

• Dutch (Flemish), French, and professional English.
• 1+ years in sales.
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Experience with a CRM system, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ambition and a competitive drive.
• Leadership potential.
• The wish to make an impact and see your work add value.
• An ownership and entrepreneurial attitude. You will lead the way for Payhawk across Benelux, including Wallonia and Luxembourg.
• Comfort working in an environment that changes quickly.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• The courage and creativity to find new ways to generate business.
• Expertise in digital technologies.
