The role combines solution architecture, functional leadership, and Scrum facilitation, ensuring high-quality, high-performance warehouse and logistics solutions delivered on time and at scale. /p pThis role requires strong Oracle WMS functional expertise, hands-on solution design and performance engineering, and the ability to lead complex programs, manage client stakeholders (including CXO level), and coordinate onsite-offshore teams. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liShould be able to facilitate the Scrum process/ceremonies seamlessly: This includes conducting Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Host Daily Standup, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. /li liShould be able to facilitates collaboration and communication between team players and leadership to ensure a successful project outcome. /li liShould be aware of Scrum principles and Agile engineering practices /li liFacilitate communication: Responsible for ensuring that there is clear communication between the team, the Product Owner, and any other stakeholders. /li liAssist Product Owner with the Product Backlog prioritization. /li liImplementing process changes and steps to improve team’s productivity. /li liImplementing Project Management/Best Practices. /li liRemoving team Impediments/roadblocks and protect team from outside distractions and interruptions. /li liEnsuring smoother and seamless quality delivery and within sprint timelines /li /ul h3Required /h3 ul liShould have strong Functional and Application knowledge, in Oracle EBS R12 Modules – Shipping, MSCA, WMS, and Inventory modules. /li liShould have hands on implementation experience of Oracle EBS R12 WMS functions like Picking, Put-away, Task Management Cross docking, Barcode label printing, hand-held devices / scanners, 3PL /li liShould have experience of designing and delivering complex custom solutions in highly integrated applications like integrating 3rd Party WMS, Transportation Management, Trade Compliance and excise applications, Weights Dimensions, EDI with Oracle EBS /li liKnowledge of Transportation Management, PDH/PIM, SCP modules will be an added advantage /li liKnowledge of end-to-end processes Order to Cash, Procure Pay, Master data management, Intercompany processes is a must /li liShould be good with PL/ SQL and familiarity with Supply Chain and WMS DB tables /li liShould have played Solution Architect Role in the past, in Oracle ERP led transformations and should be well versed with Oracle EBS capabilities /li liResponsible for leading the requirements elicitation, fit-gap analysis, development, configuration, functional testing, and post-production support /li liStrong experience in gathering performance requirements, designing solutions for Very High transaction volumes and should have good experience of Performance Testing of solutions /li liStrong knowledge in Europe Localizations, preferably on Oracle ERP packages /li liComfortable in driving requirements workshops, CRPs and Key Design Discussion sessions with client /li liOracle Certification is mandatory, and Distribution Industry Experience is a plus /li liKnowledge of Oracle Technology stack and Cloud Web Services, ALM tools (like Panaya, JIRA), Performance testing tools is desired /li liExcellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
