Providing support and guidance to regional and local HR and business leaders; responsible for compensation and benefits for all core positions. They operate a hybrid work policy, with working from the office at an average of 50% (including Tuesdays and Thursdays). /ppstrongAs Senior Manager CB, you will have the following responsibilities: /strong /pulliReview, develop, implement and manage competitive, compliant and cost-effective CB strategy, projects, policies and processes in line with OMRON Healthcare’s business and HR objectives; starting with implementing the first (WTW) global job evaluation and reward framework for 8 countries / regions; /liliprepare the annual global CB budget, monitor and report on spending and lead annual cycles, such as salary review process, bonus and long-term incentive plans, as well as administer incentive programmes, coordinate and analyse job evaluation and benchmark data; /lililead the development, implementation and maintenance of the global HRIS (SuccessFactors) and relevant HR metrics to support business and HR objectives; /lilisupport and guide local HR and business leaders, contribute to CB aspects of MA’s and build CB capability within HR, by informing, training and coaching HR colleagues about total rewards matters like compensation processes, packages, benefits plans and WTW job evaluations; /liliimplement global mobility policies in cooperation with OMRON Corporation and local entities, ensuring local compliance.
