Join Bollegraaf as Head of Solution Hub and take responsibility for developing our product portfolio, strengthening our market position, and driving the development of digital solutions. /p h3bbWhat will be you be doing as a Head of Solution Hub at Bollegraaf Group? /b /b /h3 pAs Head of Solution Hub, you will lead the teams responsible for Product Management, Marketing, and Digital Solutions. You will set priorities, manage the product roadmap, and ensure that our products and solutions meet customer needs and support our commercial goals. /p pYou will work closely with Sales, RD, and other teams across the organization to develop new products and solutions, improve our existing portfolio, and bring these successfully to market. You will also be responsible for the positioning of our products and brands and for supporting Sales with the right propositions and market information. /p pA key part of your role will be the further development of Bollegraaf’s main brands – Bollegraaf Recycling Solutions, Lubo Recycling Solutions, Schulz Berger – as well as our digital solutions, including the Bollegraaf ONE platform. You will also work with strategic partners such as Greyparrot and Wadacon to develop and strengthen our offering. /p h3bbWhat are the responsibilities of a Head of Solution Hub at Bollegraaf Group? /b /b /h3 ul liSet the direction for the Solution Hub and translate Bollegraaf’s business goals into clear priorities for Product Management, Marketing, and Digital Solutions; /li liOwn the roadmap for products, marketing initiatives, and digital solutions, ensuring the right priorities are delivered at the right time; /li liIdentify new markets, customer needs, and growth opportunities and turn them into concrete product and solution initiatives; /li liManage the full product lifecycle, from concept and development through launch, performance management, and portfolio optimization; /li liDefine product positioning, value propositions, pricing, and commercial priorities together with Sales and other key stakeholders; /li liLead the marketing and brand strategy, including digital marketing, content, trade shows, events, and customer engagement; /li liDrive the further development of digital customer solutions, including the Bollegraaf ONE platform; /li liUse customer, market, and competitor insights to improve existing products and develop new solutions; /li liSupport Sales in winning opportunities with strong product positioning, customer propositions, and relevant market and product information; /li liKeep track of market and technology developments and identify opportunities to strengthen Bollegraaf’s product and solution portfolio; /li liLead, coach, and develop a team of approximately four people and create strong collaboration across Product Management, Marketing, Digital Solutions, Sales, and RD. /li /ul h3bbWhich skills do you need as a Head of Solution Hub at Bollegraaf Group? /b /b /h3 pYou are a strategic, commercially driven leader who turns customer needs, market opportunities, and technology into scalable products and solutions that drive growth. You operate confidently across business, product, technology, and marketing, and know how to align people and disciplines around clear commercial outcomes.
