Als Projectmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige beheer van elektrotechnische projecten binnen de marine & offshore sector. Je vervult een sleutelrol binnen de organisatie en bent verantwoordelijk voor het technische, commerciële en financiële resultaat van de projecten.
Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:
- Coördineren van projecten van voorbereiding tot nazorg
- Aansturen van projectteams en specialisten
- Onderhouden van klant- en leverancierscontacten en voeren van onderhandelingen
- Bewaken van voortgang, planning en budgetten
- Verantwoordelijk zijn voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en milieu op projecten
- Zorgdragen voor de juiste personeelsbezetting
- Bezoeken van projectlocaties en bewaken van de uitvoering
- Rapporteren aan de vestigingsmanager
- MBO opleiding Elektrotechniek of vergelijkbaar
- HBO werk- en denkniveau
- Minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring
- In bezit van VCA-VOL of bereid deze te behalen
- Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels
- Sterk organisatorisch en communicatief vaardig
- Klantgericht, flexibel en stressbestendig
- In staat om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken
Deze organisatie is actief binnen de maritieme en offshore sector en richt zich op het ontwerpen, installeren, onderhouden en inspecteren van elektrotechnische installaties aan boord van schepen en offshore-installaties. Zij opereren binnen verschillende technische disciplines zoals elektrotechniek, instrumentatie en automatisering en werken voor diverse industriële en maritieme opdrachtgevers. Binnen de organisatie heerst een informele werksfeer met korte lijnen en veel ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
- Salarisindicatie: €5.000 – €7.000 bruto per maand (afhankelijk van ervaring en branchevergelijking)
- 25 vakantiedagen + 13 ADV-dagen
