In this role, you will plan and implement our media strategy in the UK, driving awareness, consideration, and connecting more customers to our services. /p pWorking closely with our internal growth teams and external agency partners, you will Lead media excellence, Care for our customer touchpoints, and Deliver impactful digital campaigns that keep us one step ahead. /p pThese are some of the key components to the position: /p ul lipDevelop global media strategies aligned with overall business objectives and driving excellence. /p /li lipLocalize global media principles, guidance, and recommendations for optimal market impact. /p /li lipCollaborate with local teams to maximize agency partner value, strategy, and media efficiency. /p /li lipChallenge media strategies using data and learnings from previous global and local campaigns. /p /li lipTranslate high-level media strategies into actionable channel plans across all digital platforms. /p /li lipExecute digital media plans with precision to reach our target audiences effectively. /p /li lipCo-create comprehensive campaign reports and actionable recommendations to optimize media performance. /p /li lipBuild and manage platform testing roadmaps aligned with the global testing framework. /p /li lipCoach junior team members on Awareness Consideration campaigns, helping one another succeed. /p /li lipMaintain strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners. /p /li /ul pWhat will you bring to the team? /p ul lipDemonstrated experience in media advertising across client or agency environments. /p /li lipHands-on proficiency with Paid Social business managers (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat), FMPs, DSPs (e.g., DV360), and web analytics. /p /li lipDeep understanding of the UK media landscape and channel-agnostic media strategy development. /p /li lipStrong track record of cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management. /p /li lipAnalytical mindset with exceptional communication skills and a commitment to achieving ambitious goals. /p /li lipRelevant professional experience or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. /p /li lipProfessional fluency in written and spoken English. /p /li /ul pAt JET, this is how we play Our teams forge connections internally and work with some of the best-known brands on the planet, giving us truly international impact in a dynamic environment.
