Ben jij als motorfiets liefhebber op zoek naar de unieke kans om als spil te fungeren tussen importeur, fabrikant, markt en dealerorganisatie? Heb je een achtergrond in service en affiniteit met motortechniek? Dan ben jij wellicht de nieuwe Dealer & Customer Support Representative voor Kawasaki Benelux!
In deze brede rol op het snijvlak van service en techniek ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technische en service ondersteuning aan Kawasaki dealers en klanten binnen de Benelux.
Jouw uitdaging:
• Je behandelt technische- of service gerelateerde vragen van dealers en zorgt voor snelle en correcte afstemming met werkplaatsen en interne afdelingen, zodat issues efficiënt worden opgelost.
• Je bent het eerste backoffice aanspreekpunt voor technische ondersteuning en helpt dealers en hun medewerkers verder met praktisch en inhoudelijk advies.
• Garantie- en coulanceclaims worden door jou zorgvuldig, juist en tijdig beoordeeld en verwerkt.
• Je ondersteunt dealertrainingen bij nieuwe modelintroducties en zorgt voor duidelijke, toepasbare technische productinformatie voor het dealernetwerk.
Jouw achtergrond:
• Je hebt een afgeronde MBO-opleiding en ervaring in een technische (aftersales) rol binnen de automotive sector, met aantoonbare affiniteit met motorfietsen.
• Van nature beschik je over een servicegerichte werkhouding met oog voor kwaliteit en je schakelt gemakkelijk met dealers, werkplaatsen en interne collega’s.
• Je werkt zelfstandig, gestructureerd, ook wanneer meerdere of urgente vraagstukken samenkomen.
• Technische kennis combineer je met goede administratieve vaardigheden en je hebt een praktische, instelling en de bereidheid om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen.
• Je woont op bereisbare afstand van Hoofddorp en beschikt over een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal. Frans is hierbij een pré.
