Key Responsibilities

• Perform a range of spa treatments such as massages, body treatments, and facials according to spa standards

• Promote spa services, packages, and retail products professionally

• Ensure proper use, care, and storage of spa equipment and products

• Follow all hygiene, health, and safety regulations

• Maintain accurate treatment records and guest preferences

• Work collaboratively with spa and hotel/restaurant teams to ensure seamless guest experiences

Qualifications & Skills

• Certified Spa Therapist with a recognized qualification

• Proven experience in a spa, wellness center, or hotel environment

• Strong knowledge of massage techniques and body therapies

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Professional appearance and demeanor
