Our team includes more than 600 full-time employees globally, over half of which are dedicated to research. /p h3The Role /h3 pGlass Lewis is seeking a Vice President of Client Services to lead our EMEA client service organization. This senior leadership role is responsible for building and scaling a high‑performing relationship management team that delivers exceptional day‑to‑day client support, strengthens client retention, and partners closely with Sales to support business growth. /p pThe successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the client experience for institutional investors, ensuring they can effectively execute and manage their proxy voting programs using Glass Lewis solutions. This is a highly visible role requiring strong leadership, deep product knowledge, and a client‑first mindset. /p pThis role is permanent and hybrid, based out of our Amsterdam office, with regular in‑person attendance three days a week. /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul li10+ years of experience in client services, relationship management, or account management within financial services, asset management, or governance/proxy services. /li liProven experience leading and developing client‑facing teams in a regional or global environment. /li liStrong understanding of institutional investor workflows and proxy voting processes preferred. /li liDemonstrated ability to partner with Sales to support business development and growth. /li liExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. /li liStrategic thinker with strong problem‑solving and organizational capabilities. /li liBachelor’s degree required. /li /ul h3Client Relationship Management /h3 ul liServe as a senior sponsor for key institutional client relationships across EMEA. /li liBuild strong, long‑term partnerships with asset managers, asset owners, and stewardship teams. /li liProvide strategic guidance on proxy voting execution, governance trends, and service optimization. /li liAct as an escalation point for complex client issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution. /li /ul h3Team Leadership Development /h3 ul liBuild, lead, and develop a regional relationship management team supporting clients across EMEA. /li liFoster a high‑performance, client‑focused culture with strong accountability and collaboration. /li liEstablish training and development programs to enhance product expertiseand client engagement capabilities. /li /ul h3Product Solutions Expertise /h3 ul liDevelop deep expertise in Glass Lewis’ proxy voting solutions, governance research, and service offerings. /li liEnsure the team can effectively support clients in implementing and managing their voting programs. /li liPartner with Product, Client Policy, and Research teams to deliver client‑driven enhancements and solutions. /li liSupport clients in navigating regulatory and market‑specific requirements across EMEA. /li /ul h3Partnership with Sales /h3 ul liCollaborate closely with Sales to support new business opportunities and expansion within existing accounts. /li liParticipate in client presentations, RFPs, and strategic discussions. /li liIdentify opportunities to enhance client value through additional products and services. /li /ul h3Service Delivery Operations /h3 ul liOversee the delivery of high‑quality, consistent client support across all EMEA markets. /li liEstablish scalable processes and service standards to support growth and operational efficiency. /li liWork cross‑functionally with global teams to ensure a seamless client experience. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
