Algemene beschrijving
Als Medewerker Afwerkerij bedien je zelfstandig meerdere conventionele-, CNC- en/of NC machines. Daarnaast corrigeer en registreer je afwijkingen volgens de geldende procedures en systemen. Tevens meet je bewerkte onderdelen op met behulp van diverse meetgereedschappen en ondersteun je de organisatie bij het verbeteren van het productieproces om te komen tot World Class Manufacturing. Indien nodig ben je bereid om op andere afdelingen werkzaamheden te verrichten.
Verantwoordelijkheden en taken
- Je werkt met verschillende soorten machines, zoals conventionele- en/of NC- en CNC-machines;
- Je bewerkt slijtdelen nauwkeurig volgens technische tekeningen;
- Je controleert of de gemaakte onderdelen van goede kwaliteit zijn, met behulp van meetgereedschap;
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de werkplek altijd veilig en opgeruimd (volgens de 5S-methode) door het uitdragen van het veiligheidsbeleid;
- Je voert functie uit aan de hand van de binnen ANDRITZ FEED & BIOFUEL B.V. geldende procedures, instructies en aanwijzingen vanuit de direct leidinggevende, voorschriften en volgt beleid nauwkeurig op;
- Je werkt volgens Lean principes om slimmer en efficiënter te werken.
Gewenste opleiding en ervaring
- Je beschikt over relevante ervaring met machines en technische werkzaamheden;
- Je bent in het bezit van een MBO niveau 2 diploma, bij voorkeur in (metaal-)technische richting;
- Je bent bereid om extra training te volgen als dat nodig is;
- Je bent bereid te werken in een 3-ploegendienst en om incidenteel extra uren te maken als dat nodig is;
- Je kan technische tekeningen lezen en begrijpen;
- Je hebt ervaring met lean / worldclass manufacturing voor betere productieprocessen;
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en kan zelfstandig taken uitvoeren.
