Ter versterking van ons payroll team (onderdeel van HR operations) zijn we op zoek naar een nieuwe collega, de expert op het gebied van salarisadministratie! Jij zorgt er onder andere voor dat onze medewerkers op tijd en correct worden betaald. Je bent op de hoogte van alle wet- en regelgeving rondom salarisadministratie en weet deze in de praktijk toe te passen. Je denkt graag mee, en je krijgt bij ons de ruimte om verbeteringen te initiëren en door te voeren. Je werkt in een hecht team met gemotiveerde collega's waar ruimte is voor eigen initiatief en creativiteit.
Verantwoordelijkheden
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een vlekkeloos verloning proces met accurate en tijdige consistente resultaten
Verwerken en controleren van o.a. loonheffingen, overuren, bonussen en ziekteverzuim zodat de juiste lonen berekend kunnen worden
Opstellen van rapportages over HR gegevens en personeelskosten
Administratieve taken, zoals het controleren en corrigeren van bankgegevens en salarisgegevens van medewerkers
Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor salaris- en contractgerelateerde vragen van management
Tijdig aangeven en afdragen van o.a. loonheffingen en pensioenaangiften
Wat vragen we van jou?
Je houdt van sport!
Minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring als salarisadministrateur
In het bezit van een PDL diploma en/of VPS diploma
Klantvriendelijke, servicegerichte en teamgerichte instelling
Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke vaardigheden in het Nederlands & Engels
Ervaring met internationale medewerkers en alles wat daarbij komt kijken op het gebied van salarisadministratie
