You'll be embedded in one of our core services, Retrievals, Delivery, Procuring, Warehousing, or MD. But the role is the same across all of them: own and drive operational improvement. /p pWe are looking for an operations associate who already had a first experience in (ops) project management. /p pWorkwize's Service Operations team is responsible for delivering a seamless end-to-end service experience for our clients globally. Each service runs as its own operational unit — managing vendors, driving performance, and continuously improving. We move fast, operate across multiple markets, and are scaling quickly. The problems we face are real, recurring, and solvable — and this role exists to solve them. /p pYou’ll own multiple improvement projects simultaneously, working from root cause through to measurable impact.
