Deze functie is essentieel voor de groei van ALTEN in Nederland en bestaat uit 3 hoofdpijlers: Business Development, People- en Project Management en Recruitment. /pbrFunctieomschrijvingbrpHier werk je nauw samen met je mede business managers, recruiters en uiteraard de consultants. Zo ben je onder andere verantwoordelijk voor: /pbrullibr/liliBusiness Development en (key) Account Managementbr/liliToezicht houden op de financiële status van jouw team (PL, project profitability)br/liliHet bekijken van klantbehoeften, oplossingen voorstellen en contracten onderhandelenbr/liliTeammanagement, carrièreopvolging van consultants en opvolging van projecten bij klantenbr/liliHet uitbreiden van jouw team in samenwerking met onze recruitersbr/li /ulbrpJe gaat ook kunnen starten met een uitgebreid inwerktraject waarin je met alle facetten van de rol bekend gaat raken. Hiervoor krijg je een ervaren Business Manager als coach die jou gaat begeleiden en helpen met het laten groeien en begeleiden van jouw business en team van consultants. xgiwjmb /pbrJouw profielbrpJe beschikt over een afgeronde HBO/WO opleiding aangevuld met 1-6 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen een commerciële rol. /pbrpDaarnaast bezit je goede communicatieve vaardigheden, het vermogen om pragmatisch problemen op te lossen, ben je een teamplayer en heb je een hoge drive om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen op verschillende vlakken. /pbr
