Your challenge

As a Sales Support and a member of the Sales team, you will be responsible for all communication to our French and Eastern European retailers as well as a number of distributors. You have a great eye for detail, accuracy and you take ownership of your process from A to Z. You are a strong team player working across the sales department and know how to take over a lot of frequent questions from retailers on product availability and order status as well as handle the communications to the retailers in combination with price list management.

You are part of the Trading team and report to the Business Development Director EMEA APAC.

What will you do

• Communication to retailers (in multiple languages) on availability including out of stock, EOL and estimated delivery time.
• Contact with retailers for all kinds of questions including logistics and finance support.
• Contact with stores: respond to requests on POS, configurators, brochures.
• Administrative work: price-lists, credit notes, promo codes in Salesforce, completing product set-up forms.
• Secure availability of sell-in tools for Account Managers, including sample ordering and adapting PowerPoint presentations.
• Support in organizing Launch events and training sessions for our retailers.
• Analysis on sell in and sell out.

What you will bring to the table

• You are available for 40 hours a week.
• 2-5 years’ working experience in sales support.
• Experience gained within a retail environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Numerical skills for administration of price lists in various currencies.
• General proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Able to work in Salesforce is a pre.
• You are fluent in French, English and Dutch, both written and verbal.
