If you love shaking up social, thinking big and moving fast, you’ll fit right in. /p h3The Role /h3 pAs a Senior Client Lead, you will oversee, manage, and expand entire client units, providing strategic direction and growth roadmaps for both clients and GoSpooky. You will report directly to the Commercial Director and work closely with all crafts, with an emphasis on PM and senior leadership, ensuring integrated strategies for client growth. /p h3What you’ll do /h3 ul liDefine and drive strategic growth roadmaps for client units /li liOversee and commercially lead client units, ensuring alignment and excellence /li liAct as a consultative advisor, proactively identifying and developing growth opportunities /li liConduct strategic business reviews at the unit level and oversee new briefings /li liEnsure high-quality quotations and comprehensive Statements of Work /li liManage high-level escalation internally and externally, ensuring resolution and alignment /li liCoordinate closely with internal crafts to deliver integrated strategies for client growth /li /ul h3What we’re looking for /h3 ul li4+ years of experience in a strategic client-facing role, within a digital or creative agency /li liDeep knowledge of the digital marketing and social media landscape /li liExcellent leadership and mentoring abilities to support Client Leads/Executives /li liA strong strategic thinker and consultative partner, comfortable leading complex discussions with senior stakeholders /li liDemonstrate a proven ability to grow client accounts and spot new commercial opportunities /li liAbility to identify and resolve operational and strategic roadblocks proactively /li liStrong commercial background.
