You develop client relationships, present proposals and deliver BECOME® Programs. BECOME Alliance contracts with clients, invoices and collects payments. Together, we build the company and its reputation. /p pA distinctive financial reward structure supports this model. You earn, among other things, from the revenue you generate, and you can acquire share options in BECOME Alliance as your practice grows. We explore the full structure, opportunities and individual arrangements during the interview. /p pAnd you do not build your practice alone. We provide training in the BECOME® methodology, shared knowledge and tools, collaboration with fellow Partners, and entrepreneurial guidance to help you develop your practice. /p h3WHAT YOU WILL DO /h3 ul liBuild and develop your own practice within BECOME Alliance. /li liDevelop client relationships and introduce the BECOME® approach to business leaders. /li liWork with CEOs, leadership teams and marketing leaders on fundamental business challenges. /li liDeliver BECOME® Programs, helping clients develop and implement the approach themselves. /li liCollaborate with fellow Partners and contribute to the development of our shared company. /li /ul h3WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR /h3 pYou must have demonstrable, relevant professional experience in at least one of these four backgrounds: /p ol li pStrategy and organisational consulting /p pHands‑on experience in business strategy or organisational development, gained in consultancy or a responsible in‑house role. /p /li li pMarketing and brands /p pSeveral years of practical marketing or brand experience within a company or agency. You do not need to have held the title of brand strategist. /p pPersonally founding and substantially growing a business, with responsibility for its commercial development, organisation and results. A subsequent sale or exit is relevant but not required. /p /li li pChange management /p pSeveral years of practical experience guiding organisational change, people and the adoption of new ways of working. /p /li /ol pThese are alternative entry routes: you need at least one, not all four. If you have none of these backgrounds, this partnership opportunity is not the right fit. Technical AI, IT or engineering expertise alone is insufficient without relevant experience in one of the four areas. /p pYou bring the practical experience; we train you in the BECOME® way of thinking and working. Prior knowledge of the methodology is not required. /p pYou also bring intellectual curiosity, commercial initiative and the ability to earn the trust of business leaders. You are fluent in English; Dutch is valuable for working in the Dutch market. /p pYou do not need to be an established independent consultant. We welcome experienced professionals ready to take an entrepreneurial step within one shared company. /p h3HOW AND WHERE WE WORK /h3 pWe regularly work together at our Utrecht office, combined with working from home and at client locations. /p pYou should be based in the Netherlands, within practical travelling distance of Utrecht.
