Key responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range strategic planning cycles.
• Perform scenario modelling, financial analysis, and business case evaluations for executive stakeholders.
• Drive the adoption of AI-enabled finance strategies and automated performance workflows.
• Track strategic roadmaps, performance scorecards, and cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives.
• Align intradepartmental FP&A teams and build capabilities across global business units.

Functie-eisen

• You hold a Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• You have 5 to 10 years of experience in FP&A, Strategy Consulting, or Investment Banking.
• You are currently living in the Netherlands.
• You have fluent oral and written command of the English language.

• Een bruto maandsalaris tot € 6.343 op basis van 40 uur.
• Individueel Keuzebudget (IKB): 10,66% van je salaris, maandelijks flexibel in te zetten.
• 25 vakantiedagen met de optie om 5 extra dagen bij te kopen.
• Pensioenopbouw via ASR Cappital vanaf dag 1 en een collectieve zorgverzekering.
• Reiskostenvergoeding: 100% OV-vergoeding (NS Businesscard) of €0,23 per km.
• Thuiswerkbudget: Een netto budget van €750 voor het inrichten van je thuiswerkplek.
• Internetvergoeding: €20 netto per maand.
• Telefoonregeling (CYOP): Elke 2 jaar €225 netto voor een nieuwe smartphone.
