Together with the team, you will ensure that guests have an unforgettable experience. With your tray skills, you serve trendy drinks and complex cocktails with a smile. Whether it’s an adventurous cocktail like the Java Mule or a Dutch Negroni, you serve them with pleasure and flair.

With a thrilling cocktail in one hand and a surprising Malabox bite in the other, you ensure guests enjoy the panoramic view of the IJ while moving to the rhythmic sounds of our DJs in the Malabar! On the top floor of Hotel Jakarta, Amsterdam and Indonesian roots blend together to create a relaxed and unique atmosphere: the two worlds connected.
