We will reach out to you once recruitment activities start. /ppThe Onsite Support Engineer is responsible for providing end-user support, hands-on support, and working with business users and multiple stakeholders to ensure efficient support to the business without impacting operations. The role requires hands-on experience in support. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliExperience with Microsoft desktop operating system and Windows application deployment, configuration, and management. /liliWindows Client Administration. /liliBuild and install PCs, telephone systems, wireless networks, and peripheral devices (printers, scanners, mobile/smart phones) related to desktop infrastructure. /liliMaintain installed PCs, networks, telephone systems and peripherals with routine maintenance. /liliIdentify, log and resolve technical problems with software applications or network systems. /liliIdentify potential changes and system improvements to present to technical teams for consideration and implementation. /liliCollaborate with Technology team members to ensure efficient operation of the organization’s desktop computing environment. /liliAdminister and resolve issues with associated end-user workstation network software products as required. /liliReceive and respond to incoming calls, messages, and/or work orders regarding desktop problems. /liliBasic experience in supporting network devices and servers in a business environment. /liliEnsure work is carried out within agreed service levels. /liliExplain and document technical issues clearly to technical teams and business stakeholders. /liliProven track record of working with technologies from Microsoft Intune (Autopilot), SCCM, VMWare Horizon, Intune, etc. /liliProactive and passionate about EUC, with strong interpersonal skills and excellent time management. /liliStrong capabilities in Windows 10 / Windows 11 support, migration deployment. /liliWhen necessary, liaise with third-party support and PC equipment vendors. /liliPerform related duties consistent with the scope and intent of the position. /liliHands-on experience End-to-End Desktop/Laptop lifecycle management. /liliExperience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment. /liliCommunication and analytical skills. /liliProvide technical support to clients on-site, resolving hardware, software, and network issues. /liliInstall, configure, and maintain computer systems and related equipment. /liliDiagnose and troubleshoot technical problems using analytical and problem-solving skills. /liliTrain and educate clients on how to use new technologies and software. /liliDocument technical issues and solutions for future reference. /liliMaintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with clients. /liliStay up to date with the latest technology trends and advancements. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (may not be required in all cases). /liliMinimum 3 to 5 years of experience in technical support, preferably in an onsite environment. /liliStrong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts. /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. /liliAbility to work independently and solve problems effectively. /liliExcellent time management and organizational skills. /liliValid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites (preferred). /liliExperience with specific industry-related technologies. /liliCertifications in relevant technical fields (CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.). /liliBilingual or multilingual skills (country-specific local language skills preferred). /li /ulh3Technical Experience /h3ulliMicrosoft Client OS (Win 10, 11) /liliActive Directory its services, DHCP, DNS /liliPrint and File share services /liliHardware Break-fix /liliPatch Management /li /ulh3Seniority level /h3ulliMid-Senior level /li /ulh3Employment type /h3ulliFull-time /li /ulh3Job function /h3ulliInformation Technology /liliIndustries /liliIT Services and IT Consulting /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
