Hotel Artemis Amsterdam is op zoek naar een enthousiaste collega om ons Front Office Team te versterken!
Hotel Artemis is een 4-sterrenhotel gelegen in Amsterdam-West. Wij bieden ruime kamers, een sfeervol restaurant en een gezellige bar waar gasten kunnen genieten van heerlijke drankjes en smakelijke gerechten.

Wat worden jouw taken?
Het verwelkomen, inchecken en uitchecken van de gasten
Toeristische tips en geven over Amsterdam en omgeving en gasten de weg wijzen in de omgeving
Vragen beantwoorden, reserveringen beheren en kleine administratieve taken uitvoeren
Problemen oplossen om het verblijf van onze gasten zo fantastisch mogelijk te maken
Variatie in je werk: elke gast is anders!
Wie zoeken wij?
Je spreekt Engels en Nederlands, elke ander taal is een plus!
Je hebt verantwoordelijks gevoel, je bent proactief en je bent stressbestendig.
Je bent flexibel, collegiaal en gastvrij.
