Line Leader Production Food

For a company in the Venlo area, we are looking for a motivated Production Team Leader to strengthen the production team. You will be responsible for leading the team, keeping the production process running smoothly and ensuring that quality and safety standards are met.

What will you do?

• Lead and motivate the production team;
• Organize and monitor daily production activities;
• Ensure production targets are achieved;
• Monitor quality and safety standards;
• Support and coach employees in their daily work;
• Identify and solve problems during production;
• Help improve production processes and efficiency;
• Communicate with colleagues and other departments;
• Monitor the overall performance of the production team.
