Electrical QAQC Lead

ppbAt Dornan /bbwe are currently recruiting for an Electrical Quality Lead to work on our hyperscale data centre in Groningen - Netherlands /b /p pReporting to the functionally to the Group Quality Director and at project level to the Project Manager, you will join a hard-working ambitious team and you will benefit from a supportive culture, where your ideas and contributions will be recognised.This key position operates within the framework of the ISO 9001 documented Quality Management System on an electrical and mechanical projects environment to implement the requirements of each project specific Quality Plan and supporting ITP's. /p pbYour day to day will include: /b /p ul liReview project specified requirements and schematics and understand the systems interaction and how they make up the installation /li liReview and understand the specifications for the project /li liDevelop and implement the Project Quality Plan for each project based on the system definitions and scopes, client's specification and Industry standards applicable to each system using Dornan standard QA Plan template and company procedures and work instructions /li liDevelop the inspection and test plan for each discipline based on the specifics of the project specifications from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover /li liMaintain the project QA dashboard for the project on a monthly basis /li liDevelop a systems handover list as part of the Project Quality Management System /li liIn Collaboration with the project planner, include quality audit and hold points in the project plan /li liDevelop the project systems list to include a plan for handover including dates for inspections and testing /li liLiaise with each Project Manager to gain an understanding and continuous assessment of the vendors and subcontractors to the Project /li liProvide the Project Team with training and orientation on the Quality Plan and the Quality standards to be applied on the project /li liEnsure the Project Quality System and audit schedule is established as reflected in the Project Quality Plan with particular attention paid to: /li lip-Document Controlbr/ -Procurement and Submittal Approvalsbr/ -Vendor Management and Quality Management of subcontractor Packages.br/ -Management of Materials.br/ -Quality Control of installation on a system by system basis.br/ -Project Audit scheduling /p /li liEstablish a turnover folder for each system /li liEnsure testing and commissioning is completed on a system by system basis /li liEnsure that the systems approach to installation is maintained and tracked to completion /li /ul pbWhat we are looking for: /b /p ul liRelevant experience in areas to include Data Centres or similar. /li liComputer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows including Word, Excel, and Outlook. /li liExcellent communication and management skills to deliver clear communication to the project teams. /li liDeliver concise reports on installation and test progress and ultimate system completion and handover in a timely manner. /li liA candidate who is technically savy. /li /ul pbQualifications: /b /p ul liThird level degree or relevant qualificationb or relevant industry experience /b /li /ul pb#DOR1 #LI-DO1 /b /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
