Marketing Assistant

Purpose

As our Marketing Assistant, you will support the growth and visibility of EWT Systems B.V. by assisting with exhibitions, events, digital marketing activities, and corporate communications. You will help maintain our international brand presence across trade fairs, online channels, and customer-facing communications.

Place in the organization

You report to the Head of Sales and work closely with the Sales team.

Place of work/ working hours

You will be working from our main office in Amersfoort. This is a part-time position for 20 hours per week, preferably spread over 3-4 working days. Partially working from home is possible.

Key activities/responsibilities

Exhibition & Event Coordination

• Book relevant national and international trade fairs and exhibitions;
• Coordinate all practical preparations for exhibitions and events;
• Organise booth logistics, materials, branding, and stand setup;
• Develop and prepare marketing materials for exhibitions, including brochures, presentations, banners, and promotional items.

Digital Marketing & Communications

• Maintain and update our company website;
• Create and publish content for social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook;
• Ensure consistency of branding and communication across all channels;
• Assist with creating and updating company presentations and marketing documentation;
• Support the Sales team with promotional materials.

Requirements for the job

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field;
• We ask a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a marketing support or marketing assistant role;
• Experience in organizing exhibitions, trade fairs, and corporate events;
• Experience in maintaining websites and managing social media channels;
• Familiarity with CMS systems, LinkedIn company pages, and digital communication tools;
• Experience in marketing design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar is considered a plus.

EWT Systems , founded in 2025, is a Dutch headquartered manufacturer and supplier of sub megawatt wind turbines, building further on 20-year track record of the DirectWind family of wind turbines, of which more than 700 are deployed worldwide.

Our wind turbines are predominantly used to provide localised on- and off-grid solutions for customers, spanning industry, agriculture, water utilities, investment funds, communities and landowners.

In Amersfoort we assemble rotor hubs, nacelles, power converters and control systems.

In our factory in Enschede we produce the rotor blades for our turbines. This is the only production location for rotor blades in the Netherlands. The blades are made of glass fiber reinforced epoxy, a composite material.
