This role is about owning and driving the commercial success of a portfolio of brands across EMEA with a primary focus on the Italian market. You lead integrated marketing initiatives that build consumer demand, optimize marketing investment, and deliver measurable revenue and margin results. For a contract period of 7 months as initial contract through Page Group.

The client is a Global Consumer Products company with a strong portfolio of well‑known brands sold across multiple international markets. Our client operates in a highly matrixed, regional structure where global brand strategy is developed centrally and activated locally through close collaboration between marketing, sales, operations, finance, and external partners. The business is consumer‑led, brand‑driven, and commercially focused, with a strong emphasis on demand generation, retail execution, and partnership‑based growth.
Description
- Execute regional brand and marketing strategies while translating global direction into strong local commercial impact
- Lead integrated, insight‑driven campaigns that build brand awareness, drive demand, and support retail and market share growth
- Manage marketing investment and budgets to maximise ROI and deliver revenue and margin objectives
- Act as the key marketing liaison across sales, customer execution, operations, finance, and external partners
- Represent both the voice of the market and the voice of the brand in regional and local decision‑making
- Communicate marketing plans, performance, and priorities to internal teams and key customers
- Monitor market performance, analyze results, and continuously optimize brand execution
- Lead local consumer events, activations, and customer‑facing initiatives
- Provide strong people leadership, developing talent, driving performance, and fostering a collaborative, high‑impact team environment
Profile
- 5+ years of experience in Commercial Brand or integrated marketing within an international organisation
- Strong experience working with sales teams and consumer product retailers
- Pro-active networker with experience in stakeholder management
- Confident with financials and sales data, with experience forecasting
- Experience managing localisation and transcreation of marketing assets across multiple markets
- Strong background in managing marketing budgets, promotional activity, and branded assets
- Demonstrated experience working across EMEA markets and collaborating with regional and local stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced commercial environment with multiple cross‑functional interfaces
- Fluent in English and Italian is required!
