RESPONSIBILITIES

Our self-steering teams are building a global platform that is transforming the way our users work. Our end-users are all GroupM client teams worldwide and it helps them to execute advertising campaigns more effectively and smarter. We are looking for the person who will help us make the lives of our media specialists even better.

You will be part of the data connections team. Together with full-stack engineers, product managers, customer success and users you will discover and deliver new functionality. You will facilitate discovery activities like user interviews, research, experience maps, design, and test prototypes and/or handle usability risks. When confronted with uncertainties, you collect and use data to make informed next steps.

REQUIREMENTS

• You have a passion for UX principles and teaching them to others
• You have experience with data centric platforms
• You get energy from delivering full features together with your mission team
• You speak fluent Dutch and English
• You have strong communication skills
• Experience with Continuous Product Discovery is a plus
