Whether you want to specialise, coach others or lead engagements: you’ll find the space and support to grow. /p h3Tasks /h3 pstrongWhat will you do? /strong /p pAs a (Senior) Principal Mendix Consultant, you bring together strategic thinking, platform expertise and strong leadership. You’ll lead multidisciplinary project or DevOps teams with full end‑to‑end ownership – from uncovering client needs to delivering scalable, future‑ready applications. /p pYou take the lead in workshops, architecture and design decisions, translating complex business challenges into impactful IT‑solutions – ranging from mobile and workflow apps to data‑driven and integrated platforms. Increasingly, you’ll work on solutions that leverage AI, smart automation and advanced integrations to unlock new business value. /p pBeyond delivery, you’ll play a key role in shaping our Low‑Code capability. You help scale teams, raise engineering standards, and contribute to strategy, talent development and internal best practices.
