In this role, you will work at a brand-new, large-scale site that is currently undergoing significant development. The operation is growing rapidly, many new colleagues are joining, and processes are being further built and refined. This requires strong supervisors who can bring structure, direction, and clarity to the operation. /pp As a Warehouse Supervisor, you are the key link between the team leaders on the floor and the warehouse manager. You will indirectly lead a large group of employees and ensure that daily operations run smoothly, efficiently, and according to agreed standards. You will work in an environment where structure is essential and processes must be strictly followed from A to Z. At the same time, you are the one who maintains oversight, makes adjustments, and takes decisions when necessary. /pp Your responsibilities: /pulli Leading and supporting multiple team leaders and their teams; /lili Monitoring daily operations, planning, and performance; /lili Conducting conversations regarding absenteeism, performance, and employee development; /lili Justifying operational decisions towards warehouse management (such as capacity and overtime); /lili Ensuring strict adherence to processes and procedures; /lili Monitoring KPIs, quality, and operational progress; /lili Coordinating with different departments and internal stakeholders; /lili Identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements ; /lili Working with reports and administrative processes (including Excel). /li /ul b Functie-eisen /bbrp For this position, we are looking for a strong and experienced supervisor who is used to working in a high-paced, operational warehouse environment. /pulli Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a leadership role within a logistics or warehouse environment.
