The mandate for this role is to bring them together into one market business: one commercial strategy, one budget, one go-to-market story, with a single person accountable for the result. Shine, backed by Silver Lake, is consolidating a set of strong European brands into a single platform spanning banking, invoicing, accounting and payroll. You hold the full-market commercial budget and decide how it is spent. You lead the entire local commercial team. The Business Unit Leads run the products.
